Here we have a Chandler & Price Proofing Press.  Many nickname this as a C&P Rolling Pin Press.  This is a before picture of how it looked when purchased.  In a few spot you can still see the pin striping running across the bed part of the press, the cross brace under it, and the letter is all painted.
